Me and my wife brought our frenchie Bella in for panting and not having an appetite We thought it was more serious than it was until the doctor and nurse explain to us It was dehydration, And an upset stomach The doctor gave fluids and medicine for her upset stomach now Bella is back to her usual self. Take your dog here!

Do not ever go to St Francis- all they care about is money money money. I took my cat in at 3:30 and picked my cat up finally at 10:30 with only a small diagnosis that I need to keep my cat inside and that my cat is slightly dehydrated. This brilliant diagnosis cost me $2000. Do not go. There are other veterinary practices around the Decatur area. Check them out first. I am appalled.! Barbara Fisher

Great experience at St. Francis when my pup was having acute GI issues. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I appreciated that they explained different diagnostic/treatment options from conservative to aggressive and provided estimates so I could make an informed choice about how to move forward. They were not pushy at all. They provided detailed instructions verbally and in writing for aftercare and following up with our primary vet. I felt like their prices were pretty reasonable for emergency care. Would definitely trust them with my pups again in the future if needed.

We had an excellent experience at this clinic when our dog had to be put to sleep earlier this year. The front desk worker was super compassionate and kind and I greatly appreciated her help throughout our visit. Everyone was very caring and we received a mold of my dog's paw print along with her ashes in a personalized wooden urn.
