I brought a beautiful stray dog in. I had never been here before. They immediately ran his chip, found the owner, learned the dog had been stolen 3 months earlier, kept the dog overnight for free to reunite with the owner the next day. I previously used VCA Briarcliff for over 20 years with multiple pets and spent many thousands of dollars. They refused to keep the dog overnight and the manager, Lee Ann, had a deplorable attitude. We have now switched to LaVista and it operates like the ideal animal hospital should.

I was a customer of Lavista animal Hospital for around 25 years. Dr Walton ( Sr. And Jr. ), are both amazing doctors and people. When I had to put my dog down I was shown nothing but empathy, kindness and understanding from both Dr Walton Sr. and staff. The staff at this animal hospital is very responsive to questions and interested in helping you and your animal. I had to stop using these guys because I moved overseas. Even so, when I called with a question regarding new pets they were very helpful. I cannot recommend Lavist animal hospital enough and am thankful to have used their services to help keep my animals healthy and happy.
